Major General Jacob Brown Veterans Manor is a 50-unit affordable housing project targeted to Veterans in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The development was developed by the Center for Veterans Issues (CVI) and Cardinal Capital Management. To make this development possible, RBC Community Investments syndicated over $5.6 million of Housing Credit equity.

CVI provides direct services to residents and coordinates additional services, including those provided through the nearby Milo C. Huempfner VA Outpatient Clinic. Services include education and job training, mental health counseling, alcohol and substance abuse counseling, homelessness prevention and assistance with transportation.

Major General Jacob Brown Veterans Manor includes 20 homes for households earning less than 60 percent of area median income (AMI) and 30 homes for households earning less than 50 percent of AMI. All 50 home also feature HUD Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments contracts so that residents pay only 30 percent of their income toward rent. Property amenities feature a community room, computer center, fitness facility, common laundry, and space for social service providers.
