Residency is restricted to families with incomes from 30 percent to 55 percent of Area Median Income (AMI) and rents are restricted to the Housing Credit limits.
A children’s’ play area with equipment is available on-site and adjacent to the property is a large city park that includes a children’s play area, BBQ/picnic areas, ball fields and a small 9-hole municipal golf course. Also adjacent is the Lindsay Health and Wellness Center, where a third-party social services provider provides the residents with adult education, health and wellness classes, as well as other services specific to the needs of the population. The site is less than half a mile from a new elementary school.
