The Scott at Medio Creek provides more than $50 million investment in the Southside community. The NRP Group partnered with the San Antonio Housing Authority to develop The Scott at Medio Creek, which is the fifth apartment community in the City of San Antonio’s District 4. The development will have a business center, community center, clubhouse, fitness center, and pool, and resident services include financial literacy training, health and wellness screenings, first time home buyer programs, a food pantry, and after school and summer camp programming.
