The property offers 82 one-bedroom homes and 16 two-bedroom homes restricted to family households earning up to 30 percent, 50 percent, and 60 percent of AMI and six one-bedroom market rate homes. The development features elevators, a clubhouse/community room, an exercise facility, central laundry, on-site management, an on-site medical professional, and on-site case worker. The property was syndicated by Hunt Capital Partners, LLC developed by Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County using the 9% Housing Credit.

The project is identified as a Supportive Housing Development by making community space available to local service providers on a regularly scheduled basis to provide outreach services and education to the tenants.
