The winners from 2022 provide nearly 1,200 affordable homes for low-income families, veterans, Native American and tribal populations, formerly homeless individuals, and those with special needs in rural and metropolitan areas across the United States.
Also honored at the 2022 Fall Meeting and Edson Awards this year with Affordable Housing Champion Awards were Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Congressman Brad Wenstrup (R-OH-02). The AHTCC extends gratitude for their leadership in advocating for affordable housing in Congress and their work to expand and strengthen the Housing Credit.
