Michael J. Gaber is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of WNC. Mr. Gaber oversees the day-to-day operations of WNC’s property investments and the Investment Management group. He has been involved in real estate acquisition, valuation, and investment activities for over 26 years and has been with WNC since 1997. Prior to joining WNC, he was involved in the valuation and classification of major assets, restructuring of debt, and analysis of real estate taxes with a large financial institution. Mr. Gaber is a member of the Board of Directors of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition and a member of the Board of Governors of the California Housing Consortium. Mr. Gaber is a member of the Housing Credit Group of NAHB and a member of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association.
Tom Giblin is a Partner at Nixon Peabody. He specializes in tax credit syndication and real estate finance, federally assisted housing and other aspects of affordable housing and community development. He advises investors, developers, syndicators, lenders, housing authorities and property owners who utilize federal and state tax incentives to promote housing and community development. Tom has a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Providence College.
