The 2025 Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence will be presented at the AHTCC’s 2025 Fall Meeting today in Washington, D.C. During the event, many awardees will receive recognition from members of their congressional delegation.

“The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit is the most powerful tool we have for addressing the growing housing affordability crisis and was recently expanded to meet our nation’s growing need. This year’s recipients showcase some of the best of what the Housing Credit can do, more of which will now be possible,” said AHTCC Chief Executive Officer Emily Cadik. “Congratulations to these outstanding properties and organizations that are addressing the nation’s housing crisis and creating opportunities for residents.”
“The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit is essential for addressing the severe shortage of affordable housing, providing stability to households, and helping communities across the country to support a workforce,” said Dudley Benoit, President of the AHTCC Board of Directors and Senior Managing Director of Walker & Dunlop. “We applaud this year’s winners for working to address the growing affordable housing crisis and transforming lives and communities.”
Congratulations again to this year’s winners.
